Leona Winger was a very special person. She spent decades of her life studying the concept of miracles, drawing on the words of prophets, both ancient and modern, and conducting countless hours of interviews with people in her life about the miracles they had seen. She also carefully wrote down miracles from her own life. Her book, "Miracles Have Not Ceased: Neither have angels ceased to minister unto men" is a compilation of her research on miracles. As her dying wish, she wanted to publish a book that would inspire readers to look for and recognize miracles in their own lives.
Leona finished writing Miracles Have Not Ceased shortly before passing away on Christmas Day, 2022. Her impending death could not dissuade her from putting plans in place to accomplish her goal of having this book published posthumously. Truly, this book's publication is an extension of the many miracles contained within its pages. Miracles Have Not Ceased is her gift to the world and her testimony of the mercy, love, and power of God in the lives of His children.
